Custom LASIK

A new technology has emerged that provides a more customized and precise LASIK procedure. Custom LASIK is similar to conventional LASIK, but tailored to your individual cornea and vision needs.

In Custom LASIK, a tool called a wavefront analyzer measures the way light travels through your eye, and analyzed how each contour in your cornea affects this measurement. This tool then provides a detailed 3-dimensional map of this analysis, allowing the LASIK surgeon, and the actual laser to correct the imperfections in your cornea. The end result is oftentimes near-perfect to perfect vision.
